Alex Altomare

Alex Altomare is a veteran of the startup accelerator industry. He founded his first accelerator in 2011, which grew to a portfolio of over 120 companies. Since then, he has created and launched incubation and innovation programs spanning education, defense, private, and nonprofit sectors. He has been a Techstars mentor for 10 years, serves on the advisory board for Loyola Marymount University’s Hilton School of Business Administration, and is also a venture partner at Cross Ocean Fund. Through these endeavors, he has worked as a hands-on partner for hundreds of entrepreneurs, change-makers, and risk-takers.
