Dillon Ferdinandi

Dillon joined Slack in 2016 and co-leads Slack Fund, a $100-million early-stage investment fund. He invests in founders at the Seed and Series A stages — specifically those with novel solutions to challenges people face in all aspects of their working lives, from collaboration and mental health to wellness, coaching, hardware, and more. Prior to investing, Dillon helped grow Slack’s partner and developer ecosystem and launch Slack across EMEA and APAC. Earlier in his career, Dillon held product and partnership roles at Adobe, Typekit, and Zemanta. Dillon graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BA in Communications.
