Neil Jadhav

Neil Jadhav is the Chief Digital Officer & President, Mobility Platforms at Neology, Inc., a leading company in smart transportation, smart cities, and mobility services headquartered in San Diego, CA. In the past, Neil was Corporate Vice President, Business Transformation & Data Analytics at Cubic Corporation responsible for spearheading all the business transformation & analytics initiatives in addition to the data products business. Neil’s career started as a management consulting, and he has worked for organizations such as Adobe Systems, Slalom, prior to Cubic. Neil holds an MBA in Finance from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and has an engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications. Neil firmly believes that rapid progress in policy making, and adoption of advanced technologies will solve a lot of transportation, equitable access, and sustainability issues. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has come to an inflection point where the next decade would be spent on application of AI and Machine learning in the transportation sector to reduce emissions, congestion, and pain of commuters.
